1. Support system

When making a larger workpiece, due to the large span between the two mold feet, under relatively high injection pressure, the template will bend and deform, resulting in molding defects, so we can add mold feet, support columns and other supporting things.

2. Molding system

The sliders, inclined pins, etc. in the mold can be used for mold molding.

3. Guide system

In order to facilitate the balance of the workpiece ejection and smooth mold closing, we will use some guiding and positioning things, such as guide columns, top plate guide columns, etc. to facilitate our positioning.

4. Ejection system

The ejection system we need to use includes ejector pins, ejector blocks, sleeves, etc.

5. Casting system

The molten plastic in the nozzle of the injection molding machine passes through the main channel, the branch channel, and finally enters the mold cavity through the gate, and then is cooled and solidified to obtain the final finished product.

6. Temperature control system

The process of injection molding of thermoplastics and some thermosetting plastics is to inject the molten plastic with a higher temperature into the mold with a lower temperature through high pressure, and then cool and solidify to obtain the desired product.

First of all, from the perspective of production efficiency, the molding cycle is an important link in the molding process. 50%~60% of the time in the molding cycle is used to cool the product. Therefore, the cooling time is very important. The product should maintain dimensional stability, minimum deformation, maximum strength and toughness, etc. The mold cooling system mainly includes cooling water temperature, mold temperature controller and heating elements. Their working purpose is not only to cool the mold, but also to continuously dissipate the high temperature brought to the mold by the molten plastic during the molding process, so that the mold maintains a certain temperature and controls the cooling rate of the cavity plastic, thereby improving the injection molding performance and production efficiency of the product.
